Robert W. Trafford, an ordained elder of the Church of the Nazarene, initiated his call to pulpit ministry in 2003. As a local/district licensed minister for five years, he accepted his first pastoral assignment in the West Lebanon Church of the Nazarene, of Indiana, in Nov. 2008. After four years serving as pastor, he was provided his credentials as an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2012. Pastor “Bob” served the church in West Lebanon, IN. for eight consecutive years under a bi-vocational ministry.
Accreditation was achieved with five years under a Nazarene District Course of Studies and another four years as an enrolled (online) student of Nazarene Bible College, Colorado Springs, CO.
Being a transplant from Mt. Vernon, IN, Robert moved with his family to Lebanon, Indiana in 1965 and was enrolled in the Lebanon School system where he met, courted and eventually married his High School sweetheart, Donna K. Woolery. Robert and his wife Donna have always resided in [or near] the Lebanon community and currently have a home here in Lebanon. Their immediate family consists of two married children and six grandchildren all residing in the city of Lebanon as well.
Pastor “Bob” has just recently celebrated his 5th anniversary as Pastor at Hope Community Church of Lebanon, Indiana and is anticipating a long tenure serving the church and the people of the community he has grown to love and appreciate.
